Security is at the heart of Cyberbilan. If you find a vulnerability, we want to know — thank you for helping us protect our users.

What we ask

• Give us a reasonable time to fix the issue before any public disclosure.
• Do not degrade the service or access other users' data — stay within your own accounts and domains.
• Describe the issue clearly and how to reproduce it.

What to expect

• An acknowledgment within 3 business days.
• Honest updates until the fix is deployed.
• Public credit (if you wish) once the issue is fixed.

Scope

cyberbilan.ca and its subdomains. There is no bug-bounty program for now, but our gratitude is very real.
