Privacy Policy

Cyberbilan is a free tool that checks an organization's email and website security from public information. We take the protection of personal information seriously and comply with applicable privacy laws (including Québec's Law 25).

1. Information we process

• The domain you enter: analyzed in real time to produce the report. It is not stored after the result is shown.
• Public information only: DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX), your site's HTTP headers and the domain registration date. No private data is accessed.

The free scan requires no account or password. For monitoring, you provide your email to receive alerts.

2. Cookies and trackers

This site uses no tracking cookies or ad trackers. The only cookies remember your language and your sign-in session.

3. Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may temporarily keep logs (IP address, request type) under its own policy.

4. Retention

Scanned domains are not stored. For monitoring, we keep the domain, your email and the check results while monitoring is active.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your personal information. You can unsubscribe from monitoring at any time via the link in each alert.
